Pricing varies by provider, location, and service type. Most providers charge between $50-150 per hour depending on crew size and services. You'll see exact pricing before you book - no hidden fees.
Most providers require a 2-hour minimum booking. This ensures enough time to complete most jobs efficiently.
Yes! Many providers offer same-day availability. Look for the "Available Now" badge when searching, or filter for same-day availability.
No problem! You can add additional hours during your move through the app. Just request more time and the provider will continue working. You only pay for actual time used.
When you book, you receive a unique 6-digit payment code. Your payment is held securely by QuickMovePro. Only share this code with your mover when you're 100% satisfied - this releases their payment.
Don't release the payment code until you're satisfied. Contact our support team and we'll work with you and the provider to resolve any issues. Your payment is protected.
Yes, you can cancel anytime before your scheduled move date for a full refund. Cancellations on the move day may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Most providers bring basic equipment like dollies, straps, and blankets. Check the provider's profile for specifics, or message them before booking to confirm.
Some providers carry their own insurance. We recommend discussing insurance coverage directly with your provider before the move.
For Providers
Sign up on our website or app, complete your profile with services and rates, and submit for approval. Our team reviews applications within 1-2 business days.
You must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and be able to legally work in your service area.
You set your own rates and keep 85% of every booking. Your earnings depend on your rates, availability, and customer ratings.
Once the customer releases the payment code, funds are available for withdrawal within 1-2 business days. We offer direct deposit to your bank account.
We charge a 15% service fee on each booking. This covers payment processing, customer support, marketing, and platform maintenance. You keep 85%.
Absolutely! You control your availability. Set your working hours, block off days, and only accept jobs that work for you.
If a customer cancels before the scheduled date, the booking is cancelled with no penalty to you. Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee paid to you.

All providers complete a registration process and profile review before being approved to join the platform.
Yes! Only customers with completed bookings can leave reviews. This ensures all reviews are from real experiences.
Report any damage immediately to both the provider and our support team. We'll help mediate the situation. Many providers carry insurance for such incidents.
Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-compliant and uses bank-level encryption. We never store your full card details.
