Common Questions
What if I need more time than I booked?
No problem! You can add additional hours during your move directly through the app. The provider will continue working, and the extra hours are billed at the same rate. Booked hours are non-refundable once the job starts.
What's the payment code?
When you book, you receive a unique 6-digit payment code. Only share this code with your mover when you're completely satisfied with the work. This releases their payment.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes! Cancel more than 2 hours before the job starts for a full refund. Cancel within 2 hours of the start time for a 50% refund. No refund once the job has started. The $5.99 booking fee is non-refundable when you cancel.
