How do I book a mover?
Tap "See my estimate" on the homepage, pick your service, answer a few quick questions about your move, and you'll see your full price upfront before you book. Prefer to choose your own crew? Use "Browse profiles" to compare providers and book directly.
What is the payment code?
After booking, you receive a 6-digit payment code. Only share this code with your mover when you are 100% satisfied with the completed service. This releases payment to the mover.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancel from your bookings page any time before the job starts. Cancel more than 2 hours before the scheduled start and you get a full refund. Within 2 hours of the start time you receive a 50% refund, and once the job has started no refund is issued. The $5.99 booking fee is non-refundable when you cancel.
How do I become a mover on QuickMovePro?
Use "Join as a mover" on the homepage to apply as an individual mover, or "List your company" to register your moving company. Complete the application and we'll review it within 1-2 business days.
