How do I book a mover?
Select your location on the home screen, browse available movers, choose one that fits your needs, and complete the booking form with your move details.
What is the payment code?
After booking, you receive a 6-digit payment code. Only share this code with your mover when you are 100% satisfied with the completed service. This releases payment to the mover.
How do I get the $5.95 refund?
After your move is complete and you have released payment, leave a review for your mover. The $5.95 marketplace fee will be refunded to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking before the service begins. Go to your Bookings tab, select the booking, and tap Cancel. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled time.
How do I become a mover on QuickMovePro?
Download the app and select "Sign up to offer moving services" on the welcome screen. Complete the application with your business details and we will review your application within 1-2 business days.
